This fantastic 4 bed, 2 bath, fully air conditioned and heated home with its own 31ft lanai enclosed private heatable swimming pool is located on a Cul-de-Sac on the popular Hamilton’s Reserve community just 7.1 miles from Disney’s Magic Kingdom.
This home has two large, very comfortable fully furnished lounges with a full entertainment system Inc: 36-inch flat screen cable TV with 200 premium, not basic, channels, DVD Player, VCR Player and C.D. Music Centre. A full American style kitchen with all the mod cons Inc: dishwasher, microwave, full sized American cooker, Microwave, Toaster, American sized fridge freezer including ice maker and a full laundry including dryer to help with the little ones accidents. This house will provide a real home from home during your stay. The property has four bedrooms with two twins, a Queen size and a Master Bedroom with full en-suite including a bath and shower that really is quite exceptional. A Cable TV and DVD player are also located in the Master Suite and informal lounge. A Playstation 2 is located in one of the two twin bedrooms along with a TV and games. Please note UK games will not work on this machine. We have recently added a games room with table tennis, American pool and an air hockey table just in case you have energy left after visiting the parks.

Your rental home is located on a beautiful community with additional facilitys including a shared tennis court and a community swimming pool and is only minutes by car from: Disneys Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Sea World, Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios (Exceptional Wizzarding World of Harry Potter), Islands of Adventure, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and Aquatica Water Park. Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, Planet Hollywood Restaurant and hundreds of other visitor attractions. The home is only half a mile from the main highway 192 in the heart of Kissimmee where you will find hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants. Go-Karts, Large American style mini golf, fairground rides and stalls, helicopter rides and litrally dozens of other tourist attractions are all located at the side of this main highway.
We will provide all the directions you will need from all local airports to your vacation home within the state of Florida.

If you need directions from anywhere else, just ask and we will provide them from your home to your vacation home.

Your vacation home is only a 20 minute drive from Orlando International Airport (21 miles) scheduled flights and 50 minutes from Sanford International Airport (51 miles), (charter flights). Many of the major airline and holiday companies such as; Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Delta, United, US Airways, Airtours, Thomson and many other charter and scheduled airlines fly into these two very local airports from the UK. Also you may wish to consider Tampa on the Gulf coast which is just less than an hour on a straight road away from your vacation home. Take a look at skyscanner.com or expedia.co.uk as they have in the past produced some good deals on flight prices for us, also quote with and without a car as we have in the past received a better quote including a car than without a car, weird but very true.
The larger car rental companies eg. Dollar, Alamo, National & Hertz, are all based on the airport grounds, which makes it much easier to collect your car when you arrive at the airport. You can if you wish book a car with Satellite Navigation, it will make life just that little bit easier but if not, we will do all the work regarding directions for you.
TIP ON CAR HIRE: On arrival at the airport car rental desk the assisstant will try and sell you an upgrade on your pre-booked car, if you want an upgrade do not accept the first price they quote you for your dream rental car, they will offer again later during the reservation process at a better rate saving you some money. Soft top cars in the U.S. have the smallest boots you have ever seen so make sure your luggage fits, or it will be on the back seat with the kids for the journey to your vacation home. You will be supplied with maps of the local area and Florida in general at the car rental desk before you collect your car. CAR RENTAL – NO LICENSE WITH YOU, NO RENTAL CAR, simple as that. They will not accept a fax or letter from DVLA, make sure you have it before you set off form home.

The Sunshine State lives up to its name, where its’ weather makes it summer almost every day of the year. Not only has it got fantastic theme parks and family friendly attractions with the wildest of rides for the young at heart or just for the young, you have glorious sandy beaches just less than an hours drive away (56.3 miles to Coco Beach) and the Capital of  space exploration at Kennedy Space Centre (57.4 miles) Wonderful wild life in abudance, great lakes all around and for the wife, endless bargain shopping in some of the worlds largest shopping malls. The immediate area has some fabulous restaurants with a menu to suit every palate and pocket. Be aware the portions you receive are large to say the least.
The TD Waterhouse Stadium in Orlando is the home of The Orlando Magic basketball team and also a major concert venue in the U.S. you may want to check out who is playing during your stay, we have added a link in our links section to Orlando venues which may be of interest, also if Baseball is your game The Atlanta Braves carry out there Spring training at Disneys’  “Wide World of Sports” Stadium and guess what, its free to watch.
Mini Crazy Golf; If you like the game you will love the U.S. version, yes it is bigger, much bigger and it is better and a real family adventure for all ages, keep your eyes open at the side of highway 192, you will see them, they are great fun for all the family and come very highly recommended. SUPER TIP: Check out the special offer coupons as they often offer a free or discounted further game for later in the week along with other real money saving discounts for local ammenities. Walmart (huge supermarket selling almost everything), less than 2 miles from the home, have a whole section near the main entrance dedicated to coupon savings just pick up a booklet, they are free and from experiance they will save you money.

Undoubtedly, Orlando and its surrounding area is one of the greatest family holiday destination in the world.
