House Sleeps Up To Six Persons

Casa Paron, is a beautifully finished home with views overlooking one of the three community swimming pools in the Las Mananitas community in the popular area of La Zenia which is 6km south of Torrevieja. This area is ideally suited to families looking for a well-deserved family break by the sea and in the sun. This house is a must for the golf enthusiast, with a choice of three international (par 72) golf courses within a ten-minute drive. This modern house offers 2 bedrooms, (both twins), family bathroom, WC, UK Satellite television, VCR with library of films and entertainment, stereo system, fully fitted kitchen inc microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dining area and a bed settee. This home is equipped to accommodate up to six persons. The upstairs balcony which overlooks the largest of the three community swimming pools, adjoins the master bedroom, which is air conditioned (additional fee payable for air conditioning.)

With a choice of blue flag beaches and many bars, restaurants and shops less than five minutes walk away you will find yourself ideally situated to enjoy the local area and the family friendly facilities. La Zenia is situated between the local beaches of the Mediterranean Sea and the golfers paradise of Villa Martin. Local facilities and entertainment are in abundance with tennis, large go cart track, cycling, fishing, walking, water skiing and windsurfing to mention just a few. The beaches are well kept and offer beach bars to keep you fed and watered whilst the children play.

The bustling large town of Torrevieja is only ten minutes drive away and lies along a large costal plain with its blue flag beaches adjoining the Mediterranean Sea. The nature reserve and lagoon of La Mata offers many exhilarating walks. The town offers an abundance of shops and bars aligning the long promenade where many people congregate during the evening for a stroll. With a choice of two airports at Alicante, (35 minutes drive) and Murcia (20 minutes) you will be able to find a host of charter and low cost airlines from a local airport near you.
