Terms and Conditions

Booking

To book your accommodation you will need to sign our booking form and pay your deposit. By signing this form the lead name will be responsible for the full cost of the accommodation including any amendment or cancellation charges.

Payment

A deposit of £150.00 / $200.00 is required at the time of booking and the full balance is required 10 weeks before departure.

Confirmation

Our contract is made with you when your accommodation is confirmed. Once confirmed, we will send you a confirmation invoice showing the dates you have booked and the total price. Please check this invoice carefully to ensure all details are correct.

If You Cancel

If you cancel after your accommodation has been confirmed, then you must pay a charge to compensate us for the expense and losses, which we may incur as a result of your cancellation. The closer your cancellation is to the day of departure, the less likelihood there is of us being able to recover these costs by reselling the accommodation to another party. That is why our cancellation charges increase the closer the cancellation is to the departure date.

Cancellation Charges Are As Follows:

• 56 days or more - Loss of deposit
• 55 - 29 days - 50% or deposit if greater
• 28 - 22 days - 70% or deposit if greater
• 21 – 15 days - 80% or deposit if greater
• 14 – 4 days - 90% or deposit if greater
• 3 days or less - 100% or deposit if greater.

Breakage Deposit

If you have paid by credit card these details will be retained in case of any breakages.

Vacating Your Accommodation.

You will be required to vacate the property no later than 10.00am on the date of departure. If you have a later flight your luggage can be left in the accommodation at your own risk.
